Ceiba Del Mar - Puerto Morelos

The intimacy. The beach was very close to the room. The restaurants were good. The servicw was friendly and efficient.

The WiFi was intermitent. The Video od Demand didn't work.

This hotel was perfect. The staff was warm and accomodating, the rooms were huge and very comfortable, and the beach/ pool area was beautiful. The food was delicious, and the spa was wonderful too!

I'm a single, female traveler who was traveling alone. I searched for a smaller hotel (no thanks, Moon Palace), that was clean, comfy and beautiful (this hotel was a splurge for me), on the ocean+guaranteed ocean view, peaceful and quiet, with no throbbing disco noise -- night or day. I specifically selected a hotel *without* planned poolside or other activities for kids (or adults). I am not anti-children. Far from it! But, on this vacation I needed and wanted peace, quiet and r&R... And I got it! The staff was always pleasant, friendly, accommodating, respectful and professional. Loved, loved my continental breakfast(!!!) -- warm yummy croissants, fresh squeezed oj and hot coffee on my balcony, complete with ocean breeze and wonderful sounding birds squawking here and there. (Warning: If you leave your basket of goodies unattended, they will steal!) ;) Loved being one of only a handful of folks lying by the pool reading a good book in the afternoon. Lots of space to chill out and be happy, and to walk, walk, walk. Wish I woulda tried a yoga class but didn't get that far.

Suggested enhancements to make the next visitors' stay even better: *Give a bit more extensive orientation: (a) Walk the new guest from his/her hotel room door to the pool and point out the path to the ocean. (I have zero sense of direction and even tho the hotel was small, I kept getting turned around on the paths.) (b) Point out Puerto Morelos down the beach -- a quick walk, additional restaurants, the church, drugstore, grocery store for whatever you may be craving or have forgotten, etc. *Sadly, although you promote the availability of a wireless connection, I never once saw a signal strength higher than "Fair" or "Poor" and was not able to log on even once. I missed being able to quickly log on to my laptop in my room to check news or send a quick email to my family.

Not nice beach, not 5 stars service

Het hotel is niet te groot, maar biedt toch alle faciliteiten dat je van een luxe hotel verwacht. De all-inclusive is zeer volledig. Zeer goede keuken

De prijs voor de all-inclusive is wel erg hoog, het verdubbelt de kamerprijs.

O atendimento é excelente, a recepção já indica o tratamento que será oferecido, parabéns a equipe Ceiba em especial a sammy. Qualidade de funcionários, serviços e gastronomia, sem falar da localização privilegiada. a minha habitação "Penthouse" era um sonho...RECOMENDO A todos que querem ter um conto de princesa. Apenas que poderiam cuidar um pouquinho mais da limpeza da habitação... Achei um pouco displicente.
